Terms & Conditions.

Anyone registering, or using this website agrees that they are eligible and qualify to receive the special rates available to travel industry employees booked through Interliner. By booking online you agree to submit at booking time proof of eligibility for any Interline or reduced rate. If a booking is made and you do not qualify for the booked rate, the cruise line will re-fare your booking to the lowest available fare, and the balance will be immediately due. If the new balance is not paid at the time non-eligibility is discovered boarding may be denied, and or cruise cancelled.

For people outside of the travel industry, you can also book through this site at reduced rates without having to demonstrate the above proof of eligibility.

In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

SUPPLIERS

Travelblu, Inc dba Interliner, acts solely as an agent for various suppliers, selling their services and accepting bookings for services that are not directly supplied by us. We cannot be held responsible for any breach of contract or actions/omissions on the part of our suppliers.

PRICES

All of our prices are quoted as per person, based on double occupancy by two(2) people, unless otherwise stated. All prices and offers are subject to availability at the time of booking, and any offers can be withdrawn at any time without notice. Consequently, at times our website could be outdated, due to an offer being withdrawn, we make every effort to update our site with current and available deals. Interliner is not responsible for typographical errors. Unless specifically noted transportation, departure taxes, any person items and expenses, optional activities, tours, gratuities, visa and passport fees and other taxes are not included. Once a booking is paid in full price adjustments cannot be made, even if the interline rate reduces before departure, this is a cruise line rule. Purchase your vacation when you are happy with the price.

PAYMENTS

We only accept any major credit card accepted by our suppliers. Cash and cheques are not accepted. All payments are processed by our suppliers; we do not process your payment, just provide your payment information to Paul and he will process on your behalf. Occasionally a supplier may need a credit card form signed, along with copies of the front and back of your card and government ID. Reservations are accepted based on the terms of the said supplier. A deposit or full payment will be required at booking time. Some suppliers may request full payment at time of booking; this will differ depending on dates of travel and lead time. With advance booking generally you would pay a deposit and then full payment due 90 days before departure, however this can vary based on supplier, your confirmation from us will state payment dates and terms.

CANCELLATION

A confirmed reservation must be cancelled in writing by email. You are subject to any cancellation fees assessed by the supplier (cruise line). Any refund due would be processed by the individual supplier and may take 4-6 weeks for processing. Email paul@101cruise.com.au. Cancellation will be confirmed once received. A cancel fee up to 100% of cruise value may be assessed depending on the cruise lines cancel terms, we always recommend travel insurance to cover any cancelation fees assessed.

INTERLINE RATE QUALIFICATION

In order to qualify for interline rates; we require a current letter of employment on company letterhead and a photocopy of the airline line ID card. If you are a parent of the employee, we do require a letter from your son/daughter’s employer stating that you are the parent of the current employed qualified airline employee. If you are a retired employee, we do require a letter on company letterhead stating your service length and that you are eligible for all discounts and/or a copy of your ID card. Proof of eligibility is required at time of final payment for all departures within 30 days and within 48 hours for all other bookings. If you do not provide proof of Interline Eligibility, our suppliers reserve the right to automatically adjust the rate to the applicable retail rate prior to sailing. You can email it to us. Check our “eligibility” page for info. Some suppliers may require ID to be submitted PRIOR to accepting payment.

INTERLINE RESPONSIBILITY

It is the responsibility of the airline employee making the reduced rate booking to ensure their party adheres to industry standard behaviour and practices for reduced rate travel. Under no circumstances can your reduced rate be discussed with other passengers on the cruise.

INSURANCE

101cruise highly recommends purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover your trip for any unforeseen cancellation, travel problems or medical reasons prohibiting you from travelling, or getting sick during a trip Check our “insurance” page for our preferred supplier.

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

Some cruise lines prohibit our U.S. travel agency from selling cruises to customers who do not have a residence in the U.S. or Canada. Paul will be happy to assist any Australian clients with finding cruise lines that accept international bookings. This is a limitation imposed by the cruise lines, not our partner Interliner.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND TRAVEL HEALTH

It is solely the responsibility of the client to check any required visas, passports, documents and health vaccinations. If you do not possess the required documentation you may be denied boarding without refund. Check with local consulates and your supplier for necessary documents and vaccinations. Check your passport is valid, we always recommend that you have at least 6 months of time left on your passport when you travel.

MINORS AND CHILDREN

All children and infants require proof of citizenship and date of birth. Children, like adults must have a valid passport for travel. If you are travelling with unaccompanied minors check with your cruise line, or destination’s Embassy or Consulate to see if they require a form, or notarised letter from the parents allowing travel with the child. If one parent is travelling alone with children we also highly recommend a notarised letter stating that the one parent has permission to take children out of the country. Check with individual cruise line or destination Embassies or Consulates for information. Some cruise lines such as Cunard do limit the number of children onboard at certain times, please check with Paul.
