Oceania’s new Allura to set sail early
Oceania Cruises announced that its newest ship, Allura, will enter service one week earlier than scheduled. Originally set to join the fleet in summer 2025, Allura's inaugural sailing will now depart from Trieste, Italy, on July 18, 2025. This six-day voyage to Athens, Greece, will feature stops in Eastern Mediterranean destinations, including Rijeka, Croatia; Ravenna, Italy; Dubrovnik, Croatia; and Kotor, Montenegro.

Emirates and MSC Cruises renew partnership for 2 more seasons
This partnership was announced at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai, UAE, and builds upon a decade-long collaborative relationship. Over the next two years, travelers will have the opportunity to purchase a Fly&Cruise holiday package through MSC Cruises, which will include round-trip flights with Emirates from 21 airports located throughout Europe and South America.
World’s busiest cruise port building a new cruise ship terminal
The new terminal at North 8 pier will be used by different cruise lines and is expected to be completed in two years. It will be able to accommodate the largest cruise ships in the world.
The new terminal will have a 3,000 car parking garage and will leverage technology so it can be used by several cruise lines.
Legend Of The Seas to be the new Icon
Legend of the Seas will be the name of the 3rd Icon Class ship from Royal Caribbean. According to sources close to the Meyer Turku shipyard, the name of the third Icon Class ship will be Legend of the Seas, Royal Caribbean has not yet confirmed the rumors.

Carnival Corporation, the largest cruise operator in the world, has successfully completed a fleet-wide installation of Starlink Internet across its nine cruise brands. These include AIDA Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Costa Crociere, Cunard Line, Holland America Line, P&O Cruises, P&O Australia, Princess Cruises, and Seabourn Cruise Line, providing fast and reliable satellite internet service on all ships.
